The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, birthday, health self-rating, tobacco status, desired amount, and term. These go to the carriers' quoting service to produce rates but are not kept here. Names, addresses, phones, and email are not asked to see quotes. Identical repeat requests may use cached results.

Applying

Choosing to apply means your previous answers pre-fill the carriers' secure application. You then follow that platform's own terms. Susman Insurance Agency (0B75129) handles all applications.

The contact form

Contact messages supply your name, email, phone (optional), your preference for contact, the topic, and your message. The agency receives it via email; your email serves as the reply address. This site never stores the message, maintains no submissions database, and keeps no content log. Anti-abuse processing happens in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Visits are counted with cookieless, on-domain measurement. No cookies or stored IDs. Your IP is partially masked before saving. Referrer query strings are stripped. Logs erase after 90 days. Visitors with Do Not Track enabled or Global Privacy Control are excluded entirely.

What we do not do

We do not share, sell, or trade visitor information. No ad networks or outside trackers run here. The single third-party tool is the carriers' application software on the application page, loaded only if you visit it.
